We require a 50% deposit payment at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This payment will be non-refundable if less than 24hrs notice is not given for cancellation. Bookings are re-bookable, and cancellations are permitted before the 24-hour deadline.


It is essential that you advise us of any medical conditions and allergies prior to arrival so that we can ensure treatments are suitable for you. If you have any medical or special requirements, then please inform us at the time of booking by completing your online Client Consultation Form and we can advise you and be prepared for your visit. We ensure the height of discretion on delicate personal issues.

 

We cannot guarantee the full treatment time if you arrive late for your appointment, we will try to accommodate as best we can however timings for subsequent clients will have to be maintained. 


You can access our Revive mini app to either move or cancel an appointment. Alternatively, you can make changes to your appointment directly from the reminder email which we will send you 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. 


For clients who miss appointments or cancel last minute - we may ask for full payment upfront to secure your future bookings.


Patch Testing:

If you are new to the salon for any eyelash / brow tinting, we require you to have a patch test 48hrs prior to your visit. If you are an existing client and have tint regularly with us and NO medical changes have occurred, then you don’t need a test prior to your visit, if however, your medical circumstances have changed then you must have a test 48hrs prior to your treatment you have not had a tint within 12 months from us then again, you must have a test prior to your visit. Patch tests are free and can be booked via our online booking system.


Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment is important to the Revive team; each appointment is reserved especially for you. At Revive we understand that circumstances may change and booking amendments may be necessary, therefore we respectfully request 24-hour notice for cancellations. 


Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment within the 24-hour cancellation time we miss the opportunity to fill that time, therefore customers awaiting appointments miss the opportunity to receive our services. A 48-hour appointment reminder is sent via text message as we understand that appointments may have been made in advance. Since the appointments are made individually for you, a cancellation fee will apply. 


Less than 24-hour notice will result in a loss of deposit.

“No Shows” will be charged at 100% of the reserved service amount.


Mobile Telephones:

We strive to create a calming, tranquil ambiance, we kindly ask you to turn your mobile off or to silent whilst in the salon, not only to ensure your own relaxation but for others also.

 

Prices:

Our prices may be subject to change without prior notice. 


Gift Vouchers:

Gift vouchers are available to purchase online. Simply choose the design, the amount and email your gift directly to the recipient. You can even choose a delivery date! Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months.


Treatment Passes:

Purchase a Treatment Pass (3 x Treatments) and receive a 10% discount. Passes are a valid for 365 days and cannot be gifted or transferred.
